This Shipping Policy explains how Cricks360 processes, ships, and delivers orders within India (PAN India). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below:-
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 working hours after confirmation.
- During high-sale periods or festivals, processing time may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery Time: 3–5 working days across India (after dispatch).
- Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.
- If delivery exceeds 5 days, we will assist you with updated tracking information.
Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Orders above ₹7000 are eligible for free shipping.
- Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of ₹7000, which will be shown at checkout.
- Oversized or heavy items may have additional charges, which will be displayed during checkout.
Courier Partners & Tracking
- We dispatch orders through trusted and reputed courier partners.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number via Email/SMS.
- You can track your package on the courier partner’s website until delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct at the time of checkout.
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail or be delayed.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to unavailability or incorrect address, they may attempt redelivery.
- If the package returns to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please report it within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/video proof at helpcricks360gmail.com.
- We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available on selected pin codes only.
- Additional COD charges may apply. This will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India (PAN India). International shipping is not available at the moment.
Cut-off Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.
Unexpected Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or courier issues.
- We will ensure timely updates and support during such situations.
